You who have created humankind to live on the earth and who has instilled Thy Spirit within us so that

You may raise us up to Yourself,

we entreat You now to hear our prayer,

remember our loved one who has passed into the other world, remember all our deceased Loved Ones,

brothers, sisters, fathers, mothers, sons and daughters,

close and distant relatives and all good people,

and bless them with Thy great Blessing.


Give joy to those souls and inspire in them the knowing that You will shine upon them and complete

the work of Thy Salvation.


Lord, we rejoice that You have made it possible

for us to intercede with You for

our deceased dear ones, and in the confidence

that our prayer will be heard by You

and that they will delight in the joy which they have long been waiting.
